All programming for the 2006 AATH Conference is designed to demonstrate fun in the learning experience. We are excited to offer activity oriented presentations, exercises and serious methods for using humor and laughter to its full advantage in your work and daily lives!

Goals of the AATH Conference:

  • Provide useful information and training about current research and best practices in humor and laughter.
  • Expand the humor and laughter community.
  • Create extensive networking opportunities.
  • Develop a sense of community among people from different areas of the world.

Nurses

  • 18 American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation contact hours will be awarded upon completion of all three days.
  • 7 American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation contact hours will be awarded upon completion of either Day 1 or Day 2
  • No partial credit awarded

This course co-provided by AKH Inc. and the St. Petersburg College.  AKH Inc. is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

For completion of all three days, 18 contact hours will be awarded. No partial credit.

SPC is an approved Florida provider for continuing education for the following: 

  • LCSW, LMFT, LMHC-Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling Florida Provider #BAP-372 – EXP. 3/07
  • PT/PTA-FPTA Florida Approved
  • OT/OTA - Florida Approved #52
  • ALF Administrators

Many state boards will provide CE approval for other disciplines if you send them a copy of the brochure, the course outline, and references.
